Unikiln Shipping & Delivery Policy

At UNIKILN, we take immense care in packaging our handcrafted porcelain to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the artisanal nature and fragility of our pieces, we use a specialized 5-zone shipping structure.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • Italy: €8.00 (Free for orders over €80)
  • EU Core (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, LU): €22.00 (Free for orders over €200)
  • EU South/West (ES, PT, IE, GR): €32.00
  • Nordics EU (DK, SE, FI): €38.00
  • Non-EU Europe (UK, NO, CH): €45.00

2. Processing Time

As each piece is carefully inspected and double-packaged, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Customers)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, please note that local import duties, customs fees, and taxes are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

4. Fragile Handling

We use double-walled boxes and eco-friendly shock-absorbent materials. Every shipment is insured for its full value.
