Unikiln Refund & Return Policy

Our priority is that you love your unique porcelain piece. However, due to the high cost of international shipping and the fragility of our products, our return policy is strictly defined as follows:

1. Damaged Items (The Unboxing Rule)

Handmade porcelain is delicate. If your item arrives broken, we will provide a full refund or a replacement. To file a claim, you MUST provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package for the first time. Please email this video and photos of the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned safely. For Non-EU countries (UK, NO, CH), we do not offer free returns due to complex customs and high logistics costs.
  • Refund Processing: Once the item is received and inspected (must be in perfect condition), we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders or items sold during "Final Sale" events cannot be returned or exchanged.
