Currency & Payment

All transactions are processed in EUR (€). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Local taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the specialized packaging process has begun, we are unable to cancel orders as each piece is prepared with individual care.

Every order is recorded and archived during the packing process to ensure quality control and safe transit of your work.
